Key contact: Lester Sherman Directions and Visitor Information Beca AMEC's Tauranga office is located on the ground floor level of Harrington House, which is bounded by Willow, Hamilton and Harington Streets. The entrance to the offices is at 32 Harington Street. Also located in the Tauranga offices are the following Beca Group sections: Industrial, Roading and Infrastructure, Planning, Architectural and Building Services. The offices are a short 5-10 minute walk from downtown Tauranga, along Willow Street and past the offices of the Tauranga District Council, Library and Visitor Information Centre. Intercity buses have their depot outside the Information Centre while the local "Hopper" buses have their depot around the corner in Wharf Street. From the Tauranga Airport, Harington Street is a short 10-15 minute taxi ride. Travellers from Auckland generally enter Tauranga from Katikati and Bethlehem. Once through Bethlehem and onto the motorway follow the "City" signs. Look out for the City/Mount Maunganui (via Harbour Bridge) off- ramp (to the left). Please be aware that the next City Exit is from the right hand lane. This exits to a roundabout. Take the Elizabeth Street to the right. At the traffic lights, turn left into Cameron Road. Harington Street is the 4th on the right after the lights. Turn right, drive past the Court House (on the left) and our building is in the next block on the right. Currently visitors from Hamilton/Waikato will approach the city on SH29. At the Barkes Corner roundabout intersection, turn left into Cameron Road and proceed as above from the Elizabeth Street/Cameron Road intersection.
