BAMS is the tool developed and used by the Beca AMEC Asset Management group to provide core data management, analysis and reporting for our asset management services. It enables the development of asset registers and the integrated forecasting of renewals, maintenance, operational and capital costs over any future time period. It also enables the analysis of asset condition and categorisation of data to suit a client’s needs.
