Beca AMEC Consultant Elected to APPITA Executive Committee

Beca AMEC’s Arthur Stamos has been elected onto the Executive Committee of the Australasian Pulp and Paper Industry Technical Association. Arthur joins the 14-strong governing body as an Executive Committee Member.

Beca AMEC has had a presence in the governance of APPITA via both local representation in New Zealand and Australia and on the governing body for many years, including the Presidency from 2002 to 2004.

Arthur Stamos has been with Beca AMEC since 2006 and has over 14 years' experience in the pulp and paper industry covering a variety of roles from process engineering to plant management. He currently manages the industrial business unit in Melbourne and oversees all projects in the pulp and paper, wood products and bioprocess industries.
